Travel Fee

If your wedding is not local in our area, there will be a travel charge based on where the wedding it at. Hotel room and gas is applied on the final payment.

So, you just got engaged! Congratulations! We can film an engagement session of just the two of you. Let’s set up a day together and shoot a variety of scenes that will help share the news.

• Rehearsal Dinner Coverage

We will film the rehearsal dinner as a highlight of the event and document any speeches

• Save The Date Video Session

We will film a save the date video that promote your wedding day to guest or for social media platforms

• Extra Wedding Video Album

A video album is a book with a tablet inside it. Every video made for your wedding will be on it with ease of use.

Do you travel?

Most of our weddings are in Arkansas, but we are willing to travel

When can we expect our film?

You’ll receive a teaser trailer of your film the next day. The full-length film in about a week after the day when we are not slammed with work. We do our best to deliver the online gallery at the first month anniversary. The physical video album does take a bit longer at times, but we do our best to deliver in two months

Will I wear a mic all day?

In order for us to capture the natural dialogue of the wedding, we mic all the key players. We usually put the mics on the groom, bride, officiant, and Dad or whoever is giving the bride away during the ceremony. The mic will be hidden on the bride and groom for the most part of the day for the key moments when dressed. Please trust our years of experience. The mics will be removed after the ceremony.

Who hears the audio?

We only sync the audio that has active videos files, and we don’t listen to anything else that doesn’t have video attached. If we hear something that isn’t relevant, we delete it.

Do you release raw footage?

We do not release raw footage. The reason is that we move around so much for the day and it will not be entertaining.

HOW DO WE PAY OUR DEPOSIT?

I will send you an email with a client portal link that is just for your wedding. You can pay online through stripe with a credit card or paypal. If you prefer by check, we will send you our mailing address. Final payment is on the wedding day.

WHERE DO I SIGN MY CONTRACT WITH YOU?

Everything is online right in your own client portal that is just for you! This is a simple way to keep everything together

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN MUSIC?

We are not able to use mainstream music due to copyrights! But trust our judgement on finding the music that work with the footage from the day.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.

The deposit is a retainer fee to save your date and is applied directly to your balance, but is not refundable. Prices will be released when you contact us and the half deposit is required at consultation meeting.

Delivery of your wedding will be at 30 to 60 days after the date of the wedding.

Final payment is on Wedding day
